Jesus loves you!Of that there can be no doubt – especially as we ponder anew how God demonstrated his love during Lent.Then as we arrive at the glory of the resurrection we see the guarantee that our sins are forgiven.How amazing is God’s love!
How do we show God our joy, and thank Him for loving us?
One way could be to respond with a gift of love to help youth attend a Christ centered summer camp here at Camp Shiloh – which has been a highlight for many over the past few years.Yet, for some, a ministry based camp is not possible without some financial assistance.Here at Camp Shiloh we call that assistance “camperships”.In the past, these camperships have made it possible for many youths to grow as God’s loved people while at a Camp Shiloh summer camp.
Please consider a thank offering gift in response to this Lenten/Easter appeal to help provide a Christian camp experience for youth entering grades 3 through 12.
This appeal also provides an opportunity to look to the future by considering a special gift for the endowment fund.Such gifts become permanent gifts, and only the interest from their investment is used to support the Lord’s ministry at Camp Shiloh Lutheran Retreat.
