Do you enjoy fixing things and keeping things operational?  Is it your goal to serve in support of ministry?  If these statements describe you, consider serving at Camp Shiloh for a couple years or so. Camp Shiloh Lutheran Retreat is a ministry affiliated with the WELS and is located on the shores of Lake Bob Sandlin near Pittsburg in northeast Texas.  Under the direction of the camp director, this person or couple will be responsible for all camp maintenance, and will coordinate efforts of volunteer workers during the winter season.  If a couple comes, food service work would also be appreciated. In exchange for serving, an RV site will be provided at no cost and all utilities – water, sewer, electric and propane – will be paid. There is a laundry facility on camp. A fuel stipend for travel to Camp Shiloh is available. A stipend for service is also a possibility, if needed, for full time service.
